Zach is a self-storage owner and operator based in Bentonville, Arkansas. He has been involved in the self-storage industry full-time since 2017, following five years of investing in residential real estate.

Throughout his career, Zach has acquired and sold more than 2 million square feet of self-storage properties and has owned and operated facilities across 9 different states.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three children, as well as continuing to grow in his relationship with Christ.
